Beautiful Stay at the Hotel

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel has a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, and I found fresh fruit and pastries.

the location was good for exploring tudor buildings nearby.
the room lacked proper hand soap until i requested it the kettle was hidden under a dresser flap i had not needed to use both issues required contacting reception the next morning the dining experience was subpar with burnt toast served at breakfast that had to be returned

the breakfast was acceptable.
The service was slow. ordering drinks took forever. I waited at least 15 minutes for the first round. the staff seemed disorganized. One waiter even forgot our order moments after taking it. it was frustrating and made me hot and bothered!!!

This hotel has a unique historical feel! I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, it included a vitality pool with jacuzzi kept at 38c. It felt great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good with cook-to-order hot food. It was a real treat.
I found some areas needed more attention to cleanliness. There was dirty carpet, and stained seats, a bit disappointing.
